Reservation - Cancellation Policy
Upon reservation, 30% of the total amount must be paid (VISA/MASTERCARD/BANK TRANSFER).
Rates are based
on 2 person occupancy.
All reservations
must be guaranteed to a major credit card or deposit by bank wire
transfer, or some other agreed arrangement.
In case of cancellation:
From 3 months
or more prior to the arrival of the client-visitor, then the prepayment
is returned to the client-visitor (any transfer expenses are paid
by the client-visitor).
Between 90
and 30 days prior to the arrival of the client-visitor, then 50%
of the prepayment is returned to the client-visitor (any transfer
expenses are paid by the client-visitor).
Up to, and
including 30 days prior to the arrival of the client-visitor, then
no amount of the prepayment is returned to the client-visitor.
